The beauty about working in the human transformation field is that each day I learn more and more about human nature. This learning helps me to keep on improving and perfecting my life mastery coaching methodology.
I have to confess that when I formally started on this path, at the age of 19, I was kind of clueless. I had many inquiries about what made some people produce amazing results, and what kept others from experiencing these same results. With time, the answers came. And they came through my own clients and students.

As my students start understanding and truly applying universal laws in their everyday lives, one of the most common comments they make is: “It is amazing, I did not plan for anything, and it all flowed in a way much better than I could have ever expected!”
It may be a trip, a job interview, a date, a business meeting, a sales negotiation, or simply commuting to work. It does not matter, what we often notice is that stepping out of the way, and allowing for the Universe to do its work, is a great principle for leading what I call the effortless life.

I still remember, as if it were today, that beautiful summer evening when Robin came into my studio for a private coaching session, radiating an unusual level of excitement. Her energy was vibrating so high that it could power a nuclear plant. I could feel that from a mile away.
When asked the reason for all that excitement, she replied: “We can’t hide anything from you, right? Well, I put the Mental Alchemy Formula to use and I got it!”

(Article written for Om-times Magazine)
We are entering the year 2010. WOW. Time goes by fast, faster than we can perceive it. I remember when I was only 10 years old, it was 1980. Back then I used to dream about the year 2000. I fantasized about spaceships and robots, and the futuristic technology that I saw in movies like Star Trek and Star Wars. The year 2000 came and passed by quickly. Today, a December day in 2009, I am sitting down and writing my monthly om-times magazine article for January 2010. Yes, time passes really fast.

"I tell you the truth; no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again."
John 3-7 New International Version
To Christians all over the world, Christmas day means much more than yet another commerce-driven, gift-exchanging holiday. This date is commemorative of the birth of Jesus Christ, the saviour, the chosen one.

It is that time of the year again, when the leaves are falling, the trees and foliage mesmerizes us with a beautiful mix of yellows, browns, oranges and greens. It is autumn, it is Thanksgiving week in the USA.
For many people this weekend represents no more than a time for a well-deserved rest or travel, a turkey dinner, or the chance of getting together with loved ones. The true “spirit” of this holiday, however, is usually forgotten. Traditionally, thanksgiving is a time to give thanks for the harvest and to express gratitude in general.

I took up a mission in life. No, it wasn’t because of any “divine revelation”, or a “prediction” from any astrologer or psychic reader. I decided to take up this thrilling mission for very selfish reasons at first.
Many years ago I learned that we, human beings, do not use even a fraction of our full potential. And I came to discover that this is absolutely true. We have an amazing mind, a complex emotional system, and a miraculous self-healing body. There are many things that we can do with this astonishing holistic complex. Many more than what we are doing at this point in time; some of these things would be considered “miracles” by many.

Yes, dreams can indeed come true. My first trip to California has proved me that truth again.
As we landed on the LAX airport I could feel the great energy of the City of Angels. We were amazed by the beauty of that warming and welcoming city, a city that I have been wishing to visit since I was a little kid in Brazil.

There has been a lot of talk about inflation, depression and recession lately. There are only two ways to really “shield” yourself from the dire news that are flooding the media left and right; one is to move to a remote cave in the Himalayas. The second (and easier) option is...
